Amy Cole is the Director of Operations and also a Co-Owner of One2One. Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, TV, Film from the University of North Texas. She worked for the very prestigious Barton G. Design and Catering Company in Miami before getting her first Marketing job at Hotels.com. At Hotels.com, Amy worked as a media buyer and then Marketing Manager. In 2007 she wrote the business plan for One2One and began working on the design and marketing of the restaurant which opened in 2010. In addition to directing all operations of the restaurant; Amy manages all of the marketing, social media, public relations and coordinates all private dining events and off premise catering for One2One.
Executive Chef Morgan Miller brings over twelve years of culinary experience to One2One. He is a culinary graduate and has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Dallas. His career includes Sous Chef at Bolsa in the Bishop's Art District, Executive Sous Chef at Buttons in Addison, Executive Chef at Eight 11 in Frisco, Executive Sous Chef for ClubCorp at the Brookhaven Country Club, Sous Chef/Banquet Chef at House of Blues, and several other Chef De Cuisine and Culinary consulting ventures.
Morgan's inspirationg and love for cooking began as a child watching his grandmother. He is eager and passionate in the kitchen and enjoys cooking most anything, but specializes in rustic American cuisine. His style of cooking compliments our American Cuisine and he looks forward to adding some new items and his own twist on the menu at One2One. When you ask him what is favorite food is to cook, he will tell you, "anything that makes you smile and wanting more."
