Chef Juan Garcia is the Executive Chef at One2One Restaurant and Bar.. Born in Jalisco State, Mexico; Juan credits his love for cooking to his grandmother who taught him at a young age how to work in the kitchen. He moved to Texas in 1989 where he immediately began his culinary career. Chef Garcia has over 25 years of experience in the kitchens of some of the best restaurant in Dallas. He began his career over 25 years ago at Gershwins where he spent eight years, eventually rising to the position of sous chef. After Gerswhins, Juan went to Houstons for several years and then to N9NE steachouse. When N9NE steakhouse closed their doors he went to AMPM and then worked with one of Dallas' most respected chefs, Stephen Pyles at 1717. Juan also worked as a sous chef at Sfuzzie's in Dallas before he came to One2One. As the Executive Chef, Juan completely recreated One2One's menu into what it is today. He continually creates delectable specials and seasonal menu changes. He recently took a few months off but has returned and is excited more than ever to be back in the kitchen at One2One.
Amy Cole is the Director of Operations and also a Co-Owner of One2One. Amy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, TV, Film from the University of North Texas. She worked for the very prestigious Barton G. Design and Catering Company in Miami before getting her first Marketing job at Hotels.com. At Hotels.com, Amy worked as a media buyer and then Marketing Manager. In 2007 she wrote the business plan for One2One and began working on the design and marketing of the restaurant which opened in 2010. In addition to directing all operations of the restaurant; Amy manages all of the marketing, social media, public relations and coordinates all private dining events and off premise catering for One2One.
